By Resident Eileen McNally —
While reading the newspaper recently, I saw a comic strip that pretty well summarizes my winter feelings about Kendal. “Sensing Winter: Seeing the beautiful snow cover. Tasting a cup of hot chocolate. Hearing someone else clearing the snow.” I can sit in my cottage sunroom and enjoy all three.
I am still very active and contribute my time and energy to a number of groups/projects both here at Kendal and in the larger community. I have time to do these things because Kendal takes care of all mundane homeowners’ tasks.
Ah! Got my morning newspaper and a cup of coffee. My sunroom rocker/recliner awaits me.
