All of Kendal at Granville residents have abundant opportunities to remain healthy through exercise programs offered here.
A variety of classes are taught by certified instructors Cari Daube, Diane Hyman and Kathy Bowman. Classes offered on a once- or twice-weekly basis include yoga, Pilates, tai chi, senior wellness and a weekly balance class.
Water wellness is available seven days a week, as is access to Kendal’s large swimming pool. Our well-equipped exercise room, which is open daily, includes bikes, treadmills, NuStep, a back machine and more.
Senior stretch classes are offered two afternoons a week, as well. This is an opportunity to chat with friends, along with exercising. And, you will find one of our instructors available to assist three afternoons a week.
Activities and programming for healthy living are just a way of life here at Kendal!
